Of all the photos we received, this one struck us because of the story it tells.
It doesn’t capture a hidden corner, but a precious memory: that of Elide, who chose to share it with us. A memory that evokes childhood, carefree days spent by the sea, and that sense of light-heartedness that remains etched in the heart forever.
The road is the SP43, a road that runs right through the Pisan hills, linking our town to the Livorno coast. But what makes it truly special is everything it represents: the journey home, with the blue of the sea still in your eyes and the happiness of simple moments within you.
And then there is our local area, with its hills that seem to gently guide you towards the sea, providing the backdrop to memories that are authentic and deeply our own.
It is a photo that speaks of Elide, but also of all of us.
